This blog is dedicated to the betterment of counterstrike source players all over the world. First Tip: Just the basics. Always run with your knife out!
Play a lot on many different servers to expose yourself to players of all different skill levels, also when you get killed, make sure to watch the one who killed you to see what he does and try it if it seems to work.
Even more basic. Enable your console in the advanced options section and type in "net_graph 3" without the quotes. That will show you your fps or frames per second and if it is below 40, you probably need to upgrade your computer in order to become a pro.
